The Ultimate Salon & Spa strives to deliver your complete satisfaction each and every time you visit. If we fail to meet any and all of your expectations, we ask that you contact one of our Directors of Guest Services and together we will find a solution that works best for you. We ask that you call us within the seven-day guarantee of your completed service. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SERVICES, but we will work with you to deliver the end result you desire.
Our team of salon technicians recommend you pre book your future reservation(s). We understand that things do come up in your personal and professional lives and reservations may need to be changed or cancelled. However, please note that our reservation availabilities to re-book may not allow you the same day/time for several weeks with the technician you are requesting.
We have a fabulous reservation reminder system that will contact you 72 hours prior to your reservation via text message or email (your choice). We ask that you contact us to reschedule your reservation if you are showing any signs of illness and we understand that can be with less than a 24-hour notice. With that said, if you are feeling well we do request the courtesy of a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon/spa services. After the first same-day cancellation and/or no-show, a charge of $20 will be added to your next appointment (some exceptions may apply).
When you arrive for your scheduled reservation we will greet you at the door and walk you through our pre-reservation protocol. We ask that you sanitize your hands and walk you through our basic current health condition protocol. We reserve the right to require a mask mandate for all staff and guests if the wellness of our community requires us to do so. We ask that you reschedule your reservation prior to arriving if you are showing any signs of illness such as a severe cough, fever, aches, chills, etc. We will turn away any and all guests showing signs of illness upon arrival for the safety of our staff and guests.
If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest.
Any guest that has frequently missed or rescheduled appointments will be required to provide us with their credit card information for future reservations.
CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES
We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. Two-way communication devices are also requested to be in ‘Off’ mode.
Our Ultimate Salon & Spa and Urban Shoetique gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail products only. They have no cash redemption and may not be used for gratuities. If your gift card is lost or stolen and can be validated that it was purchased in the last year, please contact a member of our Guest Services team so they may see if they are able to replace it for you.
We want you to love your Aveda/Bumble and Bumble purchases as much as we do, and we encourage you to make an informed purchase each and every time. We will accept returns up to 21 days after original purchase unless otherwise stated on select products. Your original receipt is required at the time of your return for in-store credit or exchange only.
GUEST SAFETY AND CHILDREN
To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. In our efforts to provide a relaxed and professional experience for all of our guests, we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon. Children’s cuts will be terminated if the child is not enjoying the service.
We accept Ultimate Salon & Spa and Urban Shoetique gift cards, cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We apologize, but we do not accept personal checks or Aveda (Corporate) gift cards. All salon prices are subject to change.
