ULTIMATE SALON GUARANTEE

Ultimate Salon strives to deliver your complete satisfaction each and every time you visit. If we fail to meet any and all of your expectations, we ask that you contact one of our Directors of Guest Impressions and together we will find a solution that works best for you. We ask that you call us within the 7 day guarantee of your completed service.

RESERVATIONS

Our Team of Salon and Spa technicians recommend you pre book your future reservation(s).  We understand that things do come up in your personal and professional lives and reservations may need to be changed or cancelled. However, please note that our reservation availabilities to re-book may not allow you the same day/time for several weeks with the technician you are requesting. 

CANCELLATION

We have a fabulous reservation reminder system that will contact you 72 hours prior to your reservation via text message or email (your choice). With that said, we do request the courtesy of a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon/spa services, and 72-hours for spa parties. After the first same-day cancellation and/or no-show, a charge of $20 will be added to your next appointment.

ARRIVALS

Return guests, we recommend that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation start time to relax and enjoy a cup of comforting tea. If you are a first-time guest, 10-15 minutes prior will allow you time to complete our new customer profile sheet as well as receive a guided tour of our beautiful facility and amazing Urban Shoetique!

We would appreciate a phone call if you feel you may be late for your reservation. We regret that we may not be able to fully accommodate late arrivals as scheduled and we would prefer to make that decision you’re your before you arrive to avoid a disappointment for either you or your technician. 

CELL PHONES

We strive to provide an atmosphere of relaxation for all of our guest, so we ask that you silence your cell phones and keep your personal calls to a minimum.

GIFT CARDS

Our Ultimate Salon and Urban Shoetique gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail products only. They have no cash redemption and may not be used for gratuities. If your gift card is lost or stolen and can be validated it was purchased in the last year, please contact a member of our Director of Guest Impressions so they may see if they are able to replace it for you.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Aveda purchases as much as we do, and we encourage you to make an informed purchase each and every time. We will accept returns up to 21 one days after original purchase unless otherwise stated on select products. Your original receipt is required at the time of your return for in store credit or exchange only. See Urban Shoetique page for their separate return policy as it is not the same as the salon policies.

CHILDREN

For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you do not bring unscheduled children to your personal reservation. We do not allow unsupervised children under the age of 16 to be left alone in our relaxation center and we ask if you are waiting with them that you cease the use of phone/video devices without headphones.

PAYMENT

We accept Ultimate Salon & Urban Shoetique Gift Cards, cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We apologize, but we do not accept personal checks. All salon prices are subject to change.
